The Transparent Wall
There seems to be a wall
Blocking their views from mine
They notice not at all
And never look for time
Their life is without purpose
They seem to often quit
Like living within a curse
The truth is hard to admit
They seek for insensitivity
Their reality is tough to face
The pains of life are meant to be
And given to the human race
They have no need for burden
That is in our life each day
If that wall would just fall in
They’d certainly fine the way
The wall is formed around them
So that I can not get through
Its transparency lets me see within
They’re lost and know not what to do
If only they could see the wall
That they their selves have made
For only they can make it fall
And break the rising brigade
