The Total Bliss of Emptiness

Those nagging feelings of despair
Are running rampant threw the air
There is no stopping this despair
For it is raging everywhere
Then as fast as it was here
It left again though it is near
But then again on occasion
There's extreme exhilaration
And when there's flat out emptiness
There's times when that is total bliss

I totally understand what you are saying, stop the mind, and you stop the nagging feeling of despair. Sincerely Moses

Interesting thoughts put to pen. First line and last line times despair and bliss. Sara
