Treacherous, life at the tip of the spear.
Intrepid soldiers on the battlefield
exchanging fierce friendly-fire without fear.
They'd rather sacrifice their lives than yield.
They're willing to use themselves as a shield
when in harm's way at the very front lines.
Courageous, no soldier on the sidelines.
This is a war they're determined to win
Battle-scared, it's easy to see the signs
but they fight on, taking it on the chin.
