The Time In Need
tho down on luck and love
i was workn and drove
for my boss gave me a challenge
for i needed and was given the mileage
i seen the work n it
i obeyed , i seen the worth in it
for an old lady on hard times
yet brutle, i needed the dime
i got to kno her and her greif
i become close to her
with respect and relief
were bonded now forever
for the story in need here
if it wasnt for me caring
on the day her cuboard was bare
she may have not been here today
thank God i was down on my luck
im thankful in everyway
