The Time Between the Seasons

Seasons are green Seasons are blue But you never know When they pass by you Seasons are bright Seasons are dark Just like the sun and rain But some just grow cold again Seasons of love Seasons of hate But some are just Close to our heart Seasons of joy Seasons of sadness Passing you by Or even make you cry Spring in the air Where you hear bird song Seasons on a beach Where summer comes along Seasons wrapped in yellow Where leaves fall below The yellow brick road Alive with a glow Seasons that touch me Seasons I love to see Seasons swaying with flowers Seasons that wile away the hours! 6.7.22

Nicely penned, Carol. You've poetically caught the changeable hues of seasons passing. Best wishes, Brian
