The thunder clouds are rolling in
Midday sky as dark as night
Goosebumps prickle across my skin
It’s now as dark as sin
From the rapidly fading light
The thunder clouds are rolling in
I wish the rain would just begin
And relieve some of my fright
Goosebumps prickle across my skin
I feel the flutter deep within
It fills me with delight
The thunder clouds are rolling in
Oh dear rain, where have you been
I wished for you with all my might
Goosebumps prickle across my skin
Now everything will be alright
I’m so happy I could spin
