The Things You Do
you make me angry, sometimes you make me mad,
I say things I don’t mean that I know will make you sad.
You’re stubborn and you’re selfish you know that that is true,
But I would never want to put up with anyone but you.
You can push my buttons, you can step on my last nerve,
But I need you by my side through every bend and every curve.
You are my motivation, you are at times my strength,
And I will walk this journey with you no matter what the length.
You are who makes me smile, you are who turns me on,
And I need to keep you near me ‘til we both are dead and gone.
Truth is I love your everything down to your imperfections,
and our bond in life will never break, its just one of those connections.
