The Tale of a Lonely Heart

Heartache and mistrust are disguised as a midnight blue sky full of promises and twinkling stars. As I stare up at the sky and just wonder why, what went wrong while growing up? I take a puff of death and slowly watch as my gray soul slowly drifts from my mouth. As the snake of smoke travels through my body, I can feel the pulsing of my mind get greater and greater, slower and slower until finally it stops. All of the frustration that you have placed in my life turned my sunset horizon into the eye of a hurricane. I always thought that life would be a colorful rainbow with never ending beauty and now that the number gets older the more I realize that it was all just a fantasy life never to be lived upon. Every blood red tear that fell from my eye was the pain and the trauma you were causing on the inside of me. When the love came to an end it was like a blow to the chest no breath-no feeling as if I was having a heart attack at the young age of sixteen. I gave you everything that you needed from love to handing my heart over to you. You held the key an no one else. Though distance was an enemy the calls never stopped. When I heard your voice it was like a angel singing in my ear. You promised our love for each other would never stop no matter what came between us, that our friendship was so valuable nothing could ever break us. Now I feel betrayed and my sight hasn't been the same there's like a gray film over my eyes blinding me from any other love that tries to enter.
