The Sympathizing Tear

I am thankful for the sympathizing tear
Spontaneously running down my cheek
Shed for those who daily live with fear,
I am thankful for the sympathizing tear
Flowing from a saddened heart sincere,
Let no one believe for crying I am weak
I am thankful for the sympathizing tear
Spontaneously running down my cheek.

Strong emotion and compassion are felt with the shedding of a tear. feelings that are felt by both men and women.
