The Sweetest Kiss

To say the names of girls I kissed
would be a sad affair
and breaks many a promise
‘tis neither here nor there.

But where to kiss her lips and such
when love is your desire;
just take her hand and gently touch
the embers of her fire.

The passion kiss is a precious thing
when shared in love’s sight,
a stranger’s kiss can make you sing
on a cold lonely night.

But most off all, there is one kiss
the way a kiss should be
the sweetest kiss, and it is this
the kiss you gave to me.
