The Sun Will Shine Today
The sun will shine today.
too long this night has been,
The sun will shine today,
let the darkness give way to brightness and beauty,
The grope of gloom will soon be gone,
Our weary worn suspense too shall pass
we cannot tell all our Joys
but the sun will shine today.
not a semblance but the real
We wait too long for this,
when it comes, You all shall know,
for the sun must shine Today,
No worse than these shall stop our hope,
of better things in heaven so bright
our hope comes from within,
what more, The sun must shine today.
Keep this hope in your hearts,
The rain will follow with abundance,
we wait in anticipation as heaven breaks,
oh! Let the sun shine today.
come as one to this hope,
Holding forth for the blessing so sure,
That we all may say together,
without our doubts and fear,
The sun will rise again,
let this thought for ever ring,
For i know, the sun will shine today.
