The Sun Bird

There she is… Hopping lightly from branches of Each tree she rests on. She is taking the day flippantly Unworried, gently flipping thru’ the ruffling day No matter what happens, even when things go Beyond expectation of sweet bitterness In dawn sorrow before dusk happiness Rocketing up to the sky, and finally Down again to the earth, gently, lightly.
