The Suicide Note
I am writing for you to see
Because you are the one who understood me
I've made a bold move which I know you won't agree
One that you had eventually come to foresee.
The world could not contain me
My intellectual fantasy
This prison was not right for me
So why take it as a trustee?
It's not something you said
I loved you the most
You provided light and warmth
A way for me to go
You picked me up when I fell down
And I fell often
This world was simply not right for me
I was forced into this decree
A world where everyone failed to see the key
A dwelling lacking care and empathy
So much to expect from me
Not anymore
After the choice I made so desperately
All this hurt can leave me
This world that drags me by the knee
Promise me you'll be happy
Promise to visit my new home eternally
Promise that you will never fear
In your heart, I will always be here
No more breath
No more suffering
