The Sudden Change

My heart, they say, has become cruel Unbreakable just like a stone No feelings of sadness No feelings of happiness No laughter No moans My eyes, they claim, have become blind They are no longer able to see Not a piece of art Not a broken heart Not a thing to touch Not a thing to feel And they wonder Why the sudden change Oh what fools
