The Storm Within

Who is that girl, in the mirror, staring back at me? My mind is like the spider. My thoughts, trapped in it’s web. Words, said in anger, I don’t really mean. A heart so sad, her tears, fall like rain. As I fight to control, this storm, from within. Now it’s plain to see, the reflection doesn’t lie. As the face, belongs to me. Copyright© Carla Faye Cox
