The Stars To Charm the Dark Are Winking

The stars to charm the dark are winking
And sleeping birds in twos cuddling
Softly fresh dew kiss shrivel grasses
Interlock in a tango are the palm trees
As gentle wind whisper them love ode
But, with a dead night I lay down cold!
