The Spectrum of Grace

Bathing in rainbow bubbles of gratitude, To be alive and be able to write beyond platitudes. Oh, a popular poet, assuredly, I shall never be! Just so thankful, God created and extraordinarily, blessed me! I know poets here experience this, too. The joy of being alive and prayers~ they humbly do. My family, friends and Irene, my cat, mean so very much to me. I think of them often, leaning under my beloved aromatic pine tree. February 14, 2020 3:45pm PST

Hello Panagiota … we are all different in our poetic world, and I'm pleased that we are. I enjoy the diversity. Your final stanza is where we should all be on the same page - thank you Panagiota - Lindsay

Panagiota, You are wonderfully gifted poet. You share your heart's desire and hope in your poems. But Irene is a strange name for a cat. -Richard

Richard et al. Re, name of my cat. I brought her home and tried several names. She responded to none. I happened to say my Mother's name...Irene..and she did. That's the story. Ann Gilmore wrote a poem about "Irene"and placed First with a Trophy in Brian Strand's contest. I suggest you read her wonderful, winning and creative poem. Thank you for your words about me.I am no hot shot poet, just me! Panagiota xx
