The Sound of True Love
Flirting with alternative sounds
Sometimes they light a spark
When the soul is feeling dark
They tease with their different vibes
Pushing buttons you didn’t know you had
Releasing tension relieving all that 'mad'
The genre, not your usual expressive beat
Another rhythm unfamiliar, but exciting flow
Changing pace, the notes they make you glow
You want to dance but don’t know the steps
They don’t fit with the ones you know so well
But luring you devilishly towards the heat of hell
Only love can save the day
Memories made over many years
Sounds that comfort, take away your fears
That fantasy dance is where it will stay
For the soothing of the music you know and love
Fits every curve of your soul, just like a glove
With my own music in mind now
Let us take to the floor and dance til we drop
For the music keeps us alive, so don’t let it stop
