The Sound of Gravity: Ocean

(Close your eyes) (Let it be still) I close my eyes And my senses fill Lazy buzzing of flies Birds' high voices -- shrill Dig my hands in warm sand The breeze tickles my nose Pull my hair back -- a strand In my face as wind blows With the sun on my cheeks Salt and sand on my feet The blue ocean speaks Out against summer's heat It murmurs in my ears As water licks the beach And dissipates my fears Which now are far beyond my reach I come back late at night To behold the hushing blue What once was so bright Now whispers of you As the waves crash about I look to the sky See stars sprinkled throughout And the moon, full and high
