The Songs of the Wind

You can chase it but can never catch it
You can face it but can never touch it
It whistles though trees and hills
As it whispers heat and chills

A message from another side of the earth
You feel nature and God’s deep breathe
It brings rain and leaves a greenery
Dancing trees and clapping leaves scenery

Sometimes the wind is running away from the seas
Trapped in its own path knocking down trees
Sometimes it’s angry and whirling
Bringing pain and leaving a wrecking

The songs can turn into a roar
If we cut the trees that make the wind sing
A flow can turn into a blow
If we lose a breeze, for the cry a storm brings

What a wonderful idea to give a tribute to the wind. Well done, Michelo.
