Well now I really know I am getting "old" putting myself to bed early with a cold :O Come on orange juice, zinc, and water, do your trick Praying here that with rest, I'll feel better -- quick!

7 hours of sleep they say :)...vit c helps. For me I consume lots of oranges

Rest and vitamin C are miracles... being sick has proven a wonderful excuse to be lazy and read most the day too :D
