The Snake Was My Friend

It happened again in my dream last night But this time the snake was my friend I think I let him do those things to me Because I fell into his arms in the end My reputation had preceded me He knew exactly who and what I was Running from the dangerous men out there And here his eyes so full of lust But before that I had been taken And locked away in some room Where men came in one by one And there was nothing I could do Another man chased and pinned me down After that it was all painful screams I really hope that those noises I made Were audible only in my dreams
