The Skylark
miss your sweet chirping
where are you perching?
tiny bird cute and lovely
soar in sky once more
trick flight we adore
singing and throwing googly!
in greens hide away
humans have less sway
make for loss of habitat
but preserve your class
moor, dune, farm or grass
but sing again ta ta tat!
