THE SKY IS CRYING

You ask why the sky is crying. I'm sitting up on this cloudy night These stars can't try to get any brighter I guess I am looking up at the cloudy sky For some reason, I just wanted to cry Maybe because I'm thinking of you And I can see a picture of you all the way through Perhaps the sad sky is bringing all the memories back That you in my life made a major impact There were so many great times we had Some happy days, some sad The day you went to Heaven I had a lot of depression and many questions Maybe that is the reason the sky got sad You were trying to say goodbye And the clouds got in the way The angels will guide you in the right direction And in Heaven, you will be greeted with a big reception I know there will be days of laughing and crying But in Heaven, I know you will always be smiling And the sky will stop crying on your arrival
