The Sit of Silence

poets exercise #1:
go into a room that has some signifigence for you. sit at one corner with a timer set on 15min
sit quietly and still, empty your mind of all thoughts this is your birth.consider all your senses
one by one.close your eyes for a minute- become part of the room .have no expectations
slowly look around the room- dont think- feel with all your senses. turn each object in to an
emotion, and feeling- obsorb it listen with your heart- what are you feeling?what do these
objects smell like -how do they feel- how do they occupy there space.remove your self till
you can see you sitting accross from you do you like what you see.YOU are the center of all
your poetry so you better like what you
