The Significance of Water
Water has always been here
mankind the source of the need
survival inescapable on this earth
according to such rich source indeed
The Bible shows its significance
on the importance of cleansing
for in the ordinance of baptism
it signifies all of one's sensing
It's commanded in the scriptures
to be baptised as a believer
going down taking your sin
come up raised to new life forever
Jesus Himself showed His deity
walking on the water so clear
this was one miracle among many
that God's Son showed top gear
Water comes down upon the earth
somewhere in this world each day
for God created it by His hand
when in drought seek God to pray
