The Sherlock

Stealthily, he observes his subject, often in disguise.
Habitually, he delves into the opium world, to explore.
Eyes darting, ever alert to details, however insignificant.
Restless, often bored, his intelligence is prodigious.
Loves the thrill of the chase, an unrepentant risk taker.
Obsessive, compulsive, Watson can't keep up with him.
Closet homosexual tendencies, obscured and obtuse.
Kinetic, his energy propels him onward, until crime is solved.

This describes Sherlock very well! He is one of my all time favourite characters, so excellent choice. I like that you have lots of action in poem as well.

Thank you, Isaiah! We loved watching the BBC series of Sherlock Holmes with actor Jeremy Pitt (?) and I even named our yellow lab Sherlock!
