The Seeds I've Sown
From training teachers, and shaping their craft,
To craft programs, and build a path,
I've walked beside them, hand in hand,
Guiding young minds across this fertile land.
As a program officer, a watchful eye,
As an implementation guide, soaring high,
The echo of laughter in a classroom is bright,
The spark of curiosity, ignited by light.
A child's mind is a fertile ground to sow,
The seeds I've planted, watch them grow.
The journey's been long, the challenges steep,
Yet for every hurdle, a new dream to keep.
In the halls of academia, I've delved deep,
Researching, learning, secrets to keep,
Nurturing potential, and unlocking their might,
To help these young minds take flight.
But more than titles, more than roles I've played,
The passion in my heart, a fire that's stayed,
For every child's success, a victory won,
To see them blossom, a job well begun.
The stories they tell, the lessons they learn,
The seeds I've planted, a future to discern,
Their laughter, their hope, a melody sweet,
The legacy I leave, a future complete.
And as I look back, with a grateful heart,
The journey continues, a brand new start,
For the love of children, a fire that burns bright,
A passion for learning, forever in sight.
