The Seahorse

The Seahorse He floated among the seaweed, tail curved, belly fat Watching as a small plankton came closer and closer It swam strangely moving this way and that Till it ran into the seahorse and caused him to smolder “Watch where you’re going, you hit my baby” “What are you talking about? You must be crazy” “Stop making excuses for being so plump” “Why else would I have this great big lump?” “Because you eat too much food” “And what food would that be?” “Why, let me think about it, oh, well me” “Gulp, well that’s what he gets for being so rude”
