The Same Way

As I take the time to think of you
Upon my knees each morning I pray
I thank you, Lord, that I am able
To share my moments with you today

I could have lost the breath in my lungs
Or I could have simply just passed away
But your grace my Lord did surely suffice
As tonight I lift your name up in praise

I am not worthy of such a wonderful love
Yet from you Lord I will not turn away
For I have become an ardent follower
And even more of your love a willing slave

For You, Lord have accepted me just as I am
While never turning your face away from me
So as your love is so consistent in my life
In my love for You, consistent I shall be.

Thank you George, Back in 1976, my life was changed by Gods grace and love, I wrote a poem that day which I may share here after I finish my reply to you. God has never let me down in my life, and it is with Him where my trust lies! God bless you for the kind comment my brother and may you be blessed by His amazing grace as well as your family and loved ones!
