The Rose
What flower is this?
Slender, sleek and tall
Where no words are befitting
To describe it’s beauty at all.
A bouquet of various colours
But there’s none so it’s been said
That can be more brilliant
Than the radiance of the red.
And although there’s numerous others.
Attempting to be just like
Alone it reigns as Queen
As is it’s given right.
So imagine if you will
Where this blossom grows
Then capture the majestic beauty
Of the long stemmed rose.
