The Road To Erasing Negatives
Lust, greed, anger, envy, prejudice,
Malice, fear – all negatives we possess,
Traits we must conquer to be our best,
But how do we start? What's the first step?
Is it to meditate or to reflect?
To journal our thoughts and introspect?
Is it to seek therapy or to connect,
With loved ones, to learn to accept?
The journey's not easy, that we know,
But we must take the first steps to grow,
To acknowledge our flaws, to let go,
Of the negatives that hold us low.
It starts with awareness, a conscious mind,
To recognize when we're unkind,
To ourselves or others, to unwind,
And seek forgiveness, to be refined.
The journey's long, with ups and downs,
But with commitment, progress abounds,
We learn to love and break down,
The walls that keep us safe, but bound.
So, let's take the practical steps we need,
To erase the negatives, to succeed,
With patience, grace, and humility,
We'll find the peace and harmony we seek.
