The Road Less Traveled

The mystical journey begins Not from out here, but within Try hard to avoid seven sins And obey Ten Commandments Easier said than done There’s nowhere left to run Know what needs to be done Set the example 1st born son Let’s see if you’re the chosen one But they chose none Lived your life until now Carefree and miserably Left with the question, “wow, Now how the hell can this be?” It’s time to set yourself free From all past discrepancies Know what it’s like to be punished For something you haven’t done yet? You know what it’s like to submit To what you’re about to commit? Better admit you don’t know this From your nose as far as you can spit Spend most of our lives Deaf, dumb and blind Stubbornness comforts us Nonetheless, do what you must I will be heard in this life And known in the next I will now serve my time And become a legend… -Boz-

I think we all unconsciously take "the road less traveled." (Great title, by the way, drew my attention immediately because I loved the original one.) You offer a lot of gret advice and, if we stick to what you offer, we will all meet again in the next life. Great work, "legend"! Love, Carolyn
