The Rising Ride of Ray’s

The day dwell in night That prevails with all its might The rising sun shines Man starts digging under mines The rivers rise and fall Winds too blow and roll The concrete is all that is visible And bad dreams dropped in shackles The chores very mundane And they are left to my disdain The rays of hope and joy And the beautiful beds of poise Are the companions for life That makes me take the pride On the path of rides Where I reach with tides
