The Riot For Soul
Birds of heavenly flight roam the air
With spear-like feathers and cotton hair
Stabbing each other amid the burning skies
As usual, the gods and darkness shut its eyes
Each smiting strong swing with feathered sword
Alas! This aerial chaos would damn the world -
Tears of violence rains poisonous blood;
Under the above flows in rickety flood
Angels battles earth's innocent demon
For who owns that special soul; its uncommon
To be absent from an 'eagle's eyes' and still abstain
From sin - thus envy rocks both gods war train
Accouterments and arsenals of captivity was launched
Gods above and below both sucker punched
Each other; damnation and falling spirits loiters
With damaged wings and melted metals
Fear envelop mortals as they poke
Their ways off the streams of flood and smoke
Capped with hope, yet thunderous roars quakes their hearts
Who would lead us through the blissful paths?
Or...Silence! let us all pray
Pray? The gods have turned us preys
Look up mate! The gods have gone astray!!
Like a prayer of an atheist they cuddled their frays
