The reunion of two wandering souls

In the tumult of our youth, we wander aimlessly, Abstracted by life's cruel reality, Two souls adrift, not knowing where we're headed, Until a chance encounter, a friend from long ago, Born of a different mother, yet kin in Motsewathuto's blood, We shared the same roots in kachikau, Before he vanished like a rivulet swallowed by thirsty earth. This city, a vast whale, unexpectedly revealed, My dear friend standing before me, a reunion sealed, Long overdue, a chalice of adult beverage in hand, Let's delve into the past, for time slips like sand, Life's brevity a reminder, this moment may be our last. Reunification with family and friends, my current quest, A fear lingers of solitude, who'll quench my soul's thirst? Who'll guide you to your final abode when your journey ends? Let's hold tight to each other, in love we must invest, For in these days of uncertainty, unity is our best. May our bonds grow stronger, may our hearts entwine, In the tapestry of life, let love be our sign, Together we'll weather the storms, hand in hand, For in the end, it's the connections we make that truly stand. So let's raise our glasses, to friendship and love, To the ones who water our souls, like a gentle dove, In this moment, let's cherish, let's hold each other near, For in these days, unity is what we hold dear.
