The Return
So I see your back again
After being gone so long
It took a while but I
learned to live without you
and finally become strong.
But now here you are returned
All fierce and beautiful
And I feel that pain return
albeit, very dull.
I used to liked the way
you numbed all my pain.
one hit of your dopamine
and I was good again.
So I watch now. And your
every motion causes
me so much inner commotion.
You would think by now I
would have lost that sense
of devotion.
