The Release

Let loose is what they tell me
don't listen they say frequently
I imagine out loud at times
and inwardly it chimes

I believe I am at fault
at times I wish tis nought
I'm just over stimulated
for that I'm not medicated

I do need to find a release
so I can have some peace
I listen to their words
And figure out absurds

It will serve me well
I'll feel relieved and I can tell

These are very expressive personal thoughts, Angela. We all need release, whether it's physical or mental...a safety valve which helps us distress ourselves. Take care. Regards // paul

I agree. I try to when possible. These days seems like my mind is going 90 miles an hour trying to absorb everything that's going on in the world.Thank you for commenting, Victor. I really do appreciate it. Have a great day. :)
