The Reason God Created Love
My eyes look for you;
My heart bleeds the truth,
My spirit enters your soul completely.
My body longs for you;
My mind knows none but your grace-
For you are the reason God created love.
So, come here and show me the freedom you desire,
Bestow unto me that passionate fire you require.
I used to fear tomorrow, yet you rescued me from misery,
O, you my sweet beloved, are my perpetual mystery.
For you are the reason God created love.
Be my Capricorn and I’ll be your Aries for eternity,
If by some chance you fly away, please return to me.
I never knew how much I craved for your starvation,
O, you my sweet beloved, are the reason for my creation.
For you are the reason God created love.
Your essence embraces me;
Your hands hunger for my touch,
Your arms long to hold me endlessly.
Your gold ring certifies forevermore;
Your beauty shines with mine.
For you are the reason God created love.
You are all I ever dreamed of-
By doing the above,
Reaching up…
You complete me.
