The Reality of Truth
There is truth lying deep inside
down right inside one's very heart
there the heart speaks error or truth
nothing is hidden not even in part
Now this your heart calls for honesty
nothing can be left all must get out
so be true to one self total and full
tell your feelings leaving not one doubt
My heart tells me always be true
God calls one to be so in full
no matter the consequences that be
take it head on stay real cool
This heart would live eyes wide open
looking for good always find and seek
in this life no matter my failings
be ready rise again hoping to peak
For I have hope to overcome
knowing God moves my heart to renew
removing all the filth and dirt
placing Himself there with heavenly dew
