The Real Me

I pour my heart into words
Through these blank empty pages
Take a look in my book
You'll see the real me
The me behind the hurtful words
The me behind the attitude
The me that I hate to show
How scared I must be
To never let out the real me
Just take a look in my book
And you will see
You will see the real me
