The Quest

Horrified thoughts, bouncing in my head,
sleepless slumber,, depressing dread.
Alternating moods, grasping me tightly,
nightmares blurring my visions nightly.
So many questions, no rite answers,
in my quest to find, the reason for cancer.
Ive seen the pain, I know the cost,
I know the agony, of one being lost.
What can I do, dont I have a say,
in this life I lead, night and day.
This pain siezes me, and takes me away,
to a place of hell, tormenting me each day.
I try to cry, I try to scream,
I try to escape this mucked up dream.
Reality hurting, loosing my hold,
further everyday, that I forever grow old.
