When the pieces of the puzzle don't come together, it is fun to try and make "The picture work without it." In fact, I have always loved puzzles that allow us to fill in the blanks. (You should hear the way I fill in song lyrics when I can't understand the words that are sung.) Great fun reading this insightful poem, Jen! Love, Carolyn
