Hi Panagiota, When we did a tour of England and Scotland 5 years ago, we went to pubs all over, the cheer and merriment and friendliness was ever present. I Like this write a lot, a fav! Hugs, Jenny

Hey Jenny! I was going to delete this one. LOl Well, you know then, the merriment of a Pub. Bars in the USA are not the same. I sought out Eurppean ones in the USA, but surely, those in Europe must be a kick. French bars are rare here but I lobbed Montmarte in San Francisco..mmm Chicago had the best BierStubes with drinks. food and dancing. Thank you for FAVINg this simple Haiku.Hugs, Panagiota xx

I will have to agree with you, Kim. Friends in the right bars are a great combination. We all know not to drink and drive, though. One partner must be sober. Best way to arrive home in one piece. Thanks for the visit. Panagiota xx
