The Prosperity of Heaven
The prosperity of heaven
Is in another realm.
Joy is its power—
God’s at its helm.
Greed and avarice
Nowhere can be found.
Giving and receiving
Everywhere abounds.
The prosperity of heaven
Is based purely on love.
For this is the language
Of the godhead up above.
The maker of heaven and earth
Has wealth beyond count;
Provides lovingly for His children—
Nothing to discount.
The prosperity of heaven
Is beyond our wildest dreams.
God’s throne room alone
Such beauty beyond realms.
Gold and precious stones
Found everywhere;
Large pearls for gates—
Six of a pair.
The prosperity of heaven
Is beyond man’s wildest dreams.
No sun to divide the day;
God’s glory magnificantly beams.
The glory of God
Shines all around;
With angels singing praises
To music so profound.
