The Problem
She wasn't selfish enough,
That was the problem.
She would think about it often,
Sometimes she even made plans.
Seldomly she'd even start to prepare.
Though she never took the last step.
She wasn't selfish enough.
That was the problem.
She wasn't selfish enough,
That was the problem.
Once, she had thought it through.
Once, she had made the plans.
Once, she had finished the preparations.
Once, she had taken all but the last step.
But she wasn't selfish enough.
And that was the problem.
She wasn't selfish enough,
That was the problem.
The thought of family and friends,
it always stopped her.
She didin't want to make them suffer.
So insted she kept on suffering.
She wasn't selfish enough.
And that was the problem.
