The Pretender
Walk right by,
and don't say hi-
just ignore me,
but I won't cry-
Because you can't see,
the games that you play-
your just making,
everyone turn away-
Your cool affectionate,
stylish flair-
has gotten cold,
but you don't care-
You just keep hurting,
all of the girls-
with your heart,
of many lies, and fake pearls-
Soon you will realize,
games are for boys-
and us girls were never meant,
to be treated like toys-
So keep on walking,
and don't turn back-
just say good bye,
and don't cry, it's me you will lack-
