And what if I should love you should I be ashamed should I be afraid of your virginity or should I be afraid of your pride should I stop grasping though my grasping is in my thoughts though my grasping is in my needs shall my poetical nature be void none existante as we both shall see as false of should I kiss you and let all hell break loose your refusal to my shame the impossibility of our love taking the blame Oh reality please take place

So much angst is harboured by both genders. I believe that both feel the chance of rejection just as deeply. I believe the guys do have it a bit harder as they are usually expected to make the first move which takes enormous courage for many. Well expressed John. : )

Interesting thoughts penned about the uncertainty of the other person's love. I suppose it would be better to discuss feelings before taking a move in a drastic direction that could be embarrassing for both parties. WoW! Nice piece John. A look at the other side of the coin. There is so much written and spoken of a girl's uncertainty but we never hear about the boy's uncertainty. Great job. God Bless, JB
