The Prayer of Love
Give us lord a pleasant place:
a place where we can love,
where we can dance
and share the rains and rainbow above
to make our grains and gains glow in abundance.
Give us lord a special space:
A space where we can pray,
where we can sing
and sweep dust and dross away
to make our hope and home a sweet scent’s spring .
Give us lord a friendly face:
A face where love will ring,
where peace will dance,
where smile and sounds will spring
to make our hat and heart hop and prance.
