The Power of Life

The Power of life The choices we make Dull like a knife Yet chances we take The wind can blow The flowers can grow Everytime we try The power of life- begins to show A gasp for air A simple I dont care' Why bother' The Power Of Life- what can compare Granted we take it Appreciation we dont show Reckless we become The Power Of Life- Do I know? Gifts we receive Love we are taught Ignorance wins The Power Of Life- Lives beneath ones skin The food we receive The people we meet Does everyone ignore The Power Of Life- Wide open doors Think back to high school The ones you made fun of Now look at college The Power Of Life- The knowledge Disregard you memories But the past still remains Your heart may be pure The Power Of Life- Are you really secure If money grew on trees And happiness was printed Many Counterfeits we would make The Power Of Live- For granted we take it Everyone messes up Everyone makes fun of someone Its not what happened, its what we can change The Power Of Life- No two days are the same Why live to regret Its like Regretting to live Life can be special if you make it The Power Of Life- Learn to commit Although The Power Of Life Has choices The Power Of Life Has Voices The more you listen The less you hear The more things glisten The less you fear The Power Of Life Is all about opportunity Chances we make To better a community Promise a change Not for anyone but you And a Promise in exchange Is always the truth Take this as you read Laugh like theres a robber with a butter knife Dont say I didnt try and tell you The Power Of Life
